Designed and hand-crafted in Barcelona, this blue foulard is decorated with a silk-screen printing which reminds of the "trencadís" (small ceramic broken pieces). This technique was used by the assistant of Antoni Gaudí, Josep Maria Jujol, for various works of the Catalan architect, such as the Park Güell undulating bench (Barcelona, 1900-1914), to which the two motifs reproduced on it (the two face-to-face fishes and the star) belong.

Trencadís: Decorative technique used by Gaudí, which consists of covering a surface with irregular pieces of ceramic, glass or marble to create a mosaic of colors.
